Notorious Press was announced as a new small press around 2005 with the intention to publish both original fiction and selected reprints of interesting older works.
Unfortunately, while the effort was well-intentioned, a combination of personal and family crises occurred early in the process, and operations were halted just as they were starting to get close to printing books.
Since then, the business climate in publishing has shifted significantly, with much of the rare old material which might have been issued as NP releases now being readily available online. Notorious Press apologizes to anyone who was disappointed by the abrupt shut down of the operation.
